With references
to above letters of
National Anti Doping
Agency (NADA), it is
intimated to you that
NADA intends to prepare
a registered testing
pool of Top level
Bodybuilders. A
Bodybuilder identified
in the registered
testing pool by NADA is
required to provide
accurate and current
whereabouts information.
The whereabouts
information should
include details such as
home address, work
schedule, training
venues and schedule,
competition schedule
etc. This is to enable
the Doping Control
Officer (DCO) to find an
athlete on any given day
for dope testing purpose
These Bodybuilders can
be subject to both In
and Out of Competition
testing as part of NADA
test distribution plan.
The above
information is required
on (6 monthly) a half
yearly basis starting
for the half year 01st
Oct 2009 to 31st
Mar 2010. This
information should reach
the NADA by 15th
Sep 2009 positively.
In this
connection your kind
attention is drawn to
Articles 5.4, 5.4.1,
5.4.2, 5.4.3 of Anti
Doping Rules of NADA
wherein implication for
non furnishing of
whereabouts details of
Bodybuilders to NADA has
been stated
Therefore, It
is requested to all of
you to prepare the
details of bodybuilders
registered with you,
in a prescribed format
attached along with this
letter and send to us
latest by 05th
Sep 2009 so as to
enable us to send them
in time to NADA.
Your
